Overview:

Continuous Conveyor Mesh belt furnace is generally a sintering furnace for continuous conveyance in the furnace b y mesh belts for heating parts.

The whole set of equipment consists of furnace body, mesh belt transmission system and temperature control system. The furnace body is composed of a feed section, a pre-sintering section, a sintering section, a slow cooling section and a discharge section. The mesh belt transmission system is composed o f high temperature resistant mesh belt and transmission. The running speed of the mesh belt i s adjusted by a frequency converter; The temperature control system is with thermocouples and PID temp controller for controlling.

The heating element adopts high quality alloy resistance wire with ceramic rod or others. Frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and heat-resistant steel mesh belt transmission make furnace stable running.

Application:

It is mainly used for batch small and medium mechanical parts such as standard parts, bearings, chains, self-tapping screws, textile hardware, hand tools, spring pads, various types of textile needles, and sewing needles for sintering and tempering and quenching working process.
